Arriving from the North, take the Arezzo exit.
Follow indications for Perugia-Cortona until you arrive at the town Vitiano. Once arrived at Vitiano, pass the church on the left and continue for 500 meters.
Immediately after the curve and before the straightaway begins, turn left onto a small street. Continue for about one kilometre until you reach the last house.
Arriving from the South, take the Monte San Savino exit.
Follow the indications for Montagnano and take the route 71 to the town of Rigutino. Continue for about two kilometres until you reach Vitiano.
Once arrived at Vitiano, pass the church on the left and continue for 500 meters. Immediately after the curve and before the straightaway begins, turn left onto a small street. Continue for about one kilometre until you reach the last house.

“La Maestà” is in a good location, being just a few kilometres from some of the most beautiful historic centres of Valdichiana: Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Foaiano, Monte San Savino, and Lucignano, rich in art, history, museums, restaurants and other entertainment.
Three of these big cities full of art are Perugia at 50 kilometres, Siena at 60 kilometres, and Firenze at 70 kilometres.
25 kilometres away is the Trasimeno lake with an equipped beach and golf courses; at 12 kilometres is the International Horse Riding Club, one of the biggest in Tuscany; and at 10 kilometres is a strip for ultra light aircraft.
